1. About Dula

Dula is a rental marketplace operated by Bele Technologies (Pty) Ltd, registered in Botswana. The platform connects property owners, estate agents, and rental seekers across Botswana.

2. User responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when registering and listing properties. Fraudulent listings, misrepresentation of property details, or abuse of the contact unlock system may result in immediate account suspension.

3. Payments and subscriptions

All fees are charged in Botswana Pula (BWP). Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has commenced, except where required by Botswana consumer protection law. Recurring billing may be cancelled at any time before the next renewal date.

4. Privacy and data

We collect registration data, listing content, and platform activity to operate Dula. Your phone number is used only for OTP verification and, if you choose to unlock it, for direct contact with seekers. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

5. Location data

GPS coordinates captured during listing creation are used solely to display location confidence and proximity to seekers. Exact coordinates are never publicly displayed — only an approximate neighbourhood reference is shown.
